  1. Shipping Methods: We offer standard shipping through our preferred carrier(s). Expedited shipping options may also be available at an additional cost.

  2. Shipping Rates: Shipping rates vary depending on the weight, dimensions, and destination of the package. Shipping rates will be calculated at checkout and may vary based on the selected shipping method.

  3. Order Processing: Orders are typically processed within 1-4 business days. Please note that orders placed on weekends or holidays may experience longer processing times.

  4. Delivery Timeframe: The estimated delivery time will depend on the shipping method chosen at checkout and the destination. Standard shipping generally takes 3-7 business days, while expedited shipping options may arrive sooner. Custom items are excluded from these delivery windows. 

  5. Order Tracking: Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email and details will be visible via your account sign in. You can use this tracking number to track your package and stay updated on its delivery status.

  6. Delivery Issues: If your package is lost or damaged during transit, please contact us as soon as possible. We will work with our carrier(s) to investigate the issue and provide a solution.

  7. International Shipping: We do ship internationally to select countries. Please note that shipping rates and delivery times may vary based on the destination and shipping method chosen. You may be contacted for additional shipping amounts if this has changed. 

  8. Custom Items: Where an item is custom, extended lead times are to be expected. Details surrounding these lead times can be found on product listings, typically in the description of the product.

Additional Info - Overseas & Customs Fees: 

When shipping an item overseas to a customer, or importing goods from overseas for a customer, additional charges, such as customs charges may occur. These charges are payable by the customer unless stated or advised otherwise. More information on fees can be found on our 'customs fees' tab.

Various products have different shipping windows. This means on some occasions, items purchased from our store can take anywhere from 1-25 days to arrive. Impacting factors include the courier used, the time of year and the weight & size of your parcel.  

Many of our product range are made to order, so shipping dates do vary from time to time. Stocked items, or items in stock are commonly dispatched next day. 

By purchasing from Diversion, you are agreeing to our worldwide shipping policy.

Items that are not in stock in our warehouse may be outsourced, from another warehouse within the UK, or overseas. 

Performance items exempt from free UK shipping as a different insured courier is used.
